3Oh!3....I now get it to the fullest. They deserve every inch, and they dont claim to be hip hop-its Pop Rap. Shit is super well produced and deserves all the spins on MTv2. I Eat my words...but only to a degree, since they dont label them selves hip hop. I can dig it.

That 3oh3 video in my opinion is really under developed, I think they could have done so much more, it just seemed lazy, I doubt it was even they're Idea though, so who knows. Once you reach that level of success there are people doing things for you, you lose a lot of the creative process and control. I am not hating by any means, I think those two are mad talented, I just think the video lacked thats all.
Tracks were hot, couldn't watch the video though.

Ok I am having a hard time understanding how folks feel 30oh3 i couldn't even watch the rest of the video cause 2 dudes playing with each other in they tightie whities is a lil strange to me but hey do you.
I will be so glad when some hip-hop makes it out of this state sure enough there are some shine in the area of flo-bots (going plat is huge so congrats) and i hear 3oh3 is making some noise but that is not hip-hop (to me) but the majors in the industry is going to begin to think that this is all we are in the box.
I'm not hating in any way shape or form but from paying attention to all of these blogs, dj's, radio shows, hip-hop shows etc. there is so much clickiness i feel like I'm back in high school watching folks try so hard to fit in they actually are loosing they identity in the process.

Heres the thing. 3Oh!3 is not like CO's other break out artist as of recent. They do not consider themselves Hip Hop, and that can be seen in their classification at the record store. I don't know why people think they do. I don't consider them Hip Hop...especially after getting a good listen. The shit is POP music and I see it's appeal in todays market and can understand there success. The songs are well produced, whether you like the music or not, the quality is there from the structure on down. Shit is just some funny shit...I am not a particular fan of the video, but can see the strengths in that music.

You guys are onto something.
The samples are cool, the beat has promise, but what seems to be the biggest issue with this song is the mix. The lyrics-those of which I can make out-are there, the beat like I said is there. But the mix is what holds the song back. I heard some good lines, voices are nice, the beat could use some change ups, but most Hip Hop dont have it anyway...so thats just a personally thing.

Take notes folks. I used to really dislike Yonnas' voice when we first met. He has learned to use it very, very well. Lyrics-there were some parts that didnt even rhyme...what was that Yonnas? Song-wrting? ok.
Beyond that...only critique is mix of the beginning intro...and the intro vocals. They got lost in the beat a little. Maybe needed to be compressed and brought up a little with a slight mix there after. Beyond that...another banger, never dissapointed.
